Follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff. We’ve got you covered—literally! Please wear the safety gear we provide (raincoat and shoe covers) throughout your splatter session.
No running or roughhousing in the studio.
Participants with any known allergies or medical conditions must inform the staff prior to participating in activities. You are responsible for determining whether you can safely participate.
For every paying adult, one child under 10 years old can join in the fun and paint for free! This offer includes a single shared canvas and one set of paint colors for both the adult and child. If both the adult and child would like their own canvas and own set of paint colors, we recommend booking two separate splatter sessions or our Family Bonding package instead.
Please bring a valid ID for the child to verify their age, as additional fees may apply if they fall outside the required age bracket.
Kids under 3.5 feet may have difficulty reaching the canvas when it’s hung, but don’t worry—we have a step stool available to help them join in the fun!
If you’re bringing multiple kids or prefer not to participate yourself, a small peer charge allows one adult to supervise up to two kids. We’ll provide raincoats and shoe covers to keep you clean while you watch.
Just a heads-up: Kids under 10 must be supervised at all times. If your child is 10 years or older, you may choose to leave them at our studio, but we cannot take responsibility for their safety, well-being, or behavior. If they leave the studio, we are not liable for knowing their whereabouts.
Painters only! To ensure the best experience, only those participating in a splatter session are allowed inside the studio. However, if you're supervising children under 10 years old and not participating, you may enter with a peer charge.
Please treat our studio, tools, and supplies with care. Damages due to negligence or improper use may incur a fee.
Do not add water or other paint colors into our squeeze bottles. Feel free to mix and experiment with colors using the provided paper cups for mixing.
Avoid painting or throwing materials outside the designated splatter zones.
To keep our space safe and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you don’t bring any outside materials (like paints, tools, canvas, or food) unless you have prior permission from us.
As much as we love our furry friends, we can’t allow pets inside the studio.
Art can get messy, but let’s work together to keep things tidy! Our staff will guide you through clean-up at the end of your session. Please also remember to toss your used materials in the designated bins.
Kindness is key! Please respect the personal space of fellow artists and their work. Positive vibes only when interacting with others and our staff. If someone isn’t following the rules, we may have to ask them to leave, and we’d rather everyone stay and enjoy.
We do our best to keep things secure, but The Splat Room isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We recommend keeping your valuables safe or leaving them at home.
Feel free to take photos and videos during your session! However, please respect the privacy of others by not capturing them without permission. The Splat Room may also photograph or record your experience for promotional purposes, and by participating, you agree to this.
To ensure you get the most out of your session, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your time.
On a roll and need more time? We’re happy to check if there’s room to add an extra 15 minutes to your session for an additional fee. Just ask!
Not happy with your artwork? No problem! You may request a fresh canvas for a fee, as long as you still have remaining paint and time.
All bookings are final. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds.
If you miss your session, we won’t be able to provide a refund. We hope you can make it, though!
Please note that full payment is required to enter and enjoy your session at The Splat Room.
